The following sections explain how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share, and protect the information in relation to our website, and any software provided on or in connection with RigelTech products and services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
Our Policy applies to all visitors, and others who access the Service ("Users").
Information we collect
As of the 25th of May, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation will be in use. According to this policy, there are two types of shareholders in data-collecting procedures, the data controller and the data processor. As a data controller, from this day on, we will be collecting your emails and other necessary information by receiving your consent.
We collect the following types of information.
Information you provide us directly:
- Your username and e-mail address when you subscribe to RigelTech newsletters
- Communications between you and RigelTech. For example, we may send you RigelTech-related emails (e.g., changes/updates to features of our products and service, technical and security notices).
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our website and products. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the quality of our Service. This information, unless you intend to share your personal information such as emails and names, is collected anonymously by assigning your visit a randomly generated number. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
When you use our Service, we automatically record certain information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, the number of clicks, and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.

We use this information to complete the transaction that you requested, i.e. to deliver information, products, or other services that you ordered and to invoice you upon your purchase. None of the critical payment data you shared is stored on our databases and only processed by legally acknowledged third-party payment processors.
RigelTech devices, as in its core, capture, save and share your body movement from the device to the connected client, subject to your configuration and settings, to improve the quality of the technology we provide.
